2-Minute Oatmeal

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Optional toppings: maple syrup, honey, peanut butter, fresh or dried fruit, nuts, cacao nibs, etc.

 

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients (except toppings) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  3. Stir, add desired toppings, and enjoy.
